MYPOKERPASS CONTEST RULES

Version dated 25 September 2026

This English version is provided for information purposes. In the event of any discrepancy or difference of interpretation, the French version shall prevail.

ARTICLE 1 — ORGANISER

The contests offered under the MyPokerPass brand are organised by:

WEESHIZ, a French simplified joint-stock company (Société par actions simplifiée),
registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 750 842 023,
SIRET: 750 842 023 00020,
VAT number: FR35750842023,
with its registered office at 128 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, France,

hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”.

MyPokerPass is a platform operated by WEESHIZ offering, in particular, free contests giving participants the opportunity to win prizes and experiences related to the world of poker.

ARTICLE 2 — PURPOSE OF THESE RULES

These Rules set out the general terms and conditions applicable to contests organised on MyPokerPass.

Each contest is also subject to Specific Terms, available on the page of the relevant contest.

These Specific Terms specify, in particular:

  • the start and end dates and times of the contest;
  • any specific eligibility requirements;
  • the nature and number of prizes;
  • the indicative value of the prizes, where relevant;
  • the identity of any partner involved;
  • the number of winners;
  • the scheduled date or period of the draw;
  • the period within which the winner must accept the prize;
  • the conditions for delivery and use of the prize;
  • any costs or services included in or excluded from the prize.

In the event of any conflict between these Rules and the Specific Terms of a contest, the Specific Terms shall prevail for the contest concerned.

These Rules and the applicable Specific Terms are available to participants before entering the contest.

ARTICLE 3 — FREE ENTRY AND NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Participation in MyPokerPass contests is entirely free of charge and no purchase is necessary.

No payment is required to enter a prize draw.

Purchasing a product or service does not provide any additional chance of winning.

MyPokerPass Points, MyPokerPass Passes, statuses, missions, rewards, referrals or any other loyalty mechanisms offered on the platform are separate from contest entries and do not increase a participant’s chances of being selected in a prize draw.

Unless otherwise specified in the Specific Terms regarding the number of permitted entries, one valid entry corresponds to one chance in the prize draw.

ARTICLE 4 — ELIGIBILITY

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant contest page, participation is open to any individual aged 18 or over who has a valid MyPokerPass account.

The geographical territory in which a contest is available may be specified in the Specific Terms.

Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

The Organiser may request from a winner any reasonable supporting documentation required to verify their identity, age and compliance with the eligibility requirements of the contest.

Each person may hold only one MyPokerPass account.

The use of a false identity, creation of multiple accounts, automated entries, manipulation of the system or any attempted fraud may result in the cancellation of the relevant entries and, where appropriate, the suspension or deletion of the MyPokerPass account.

ARTICLE 5 — HOW TO ENTER

Creating a MyPokerPass account does not automatically enter the member into any current or future contests.

To enter a contest, the member must voluntarily complete the entry action indicated on the relevant contest page, including, where applicable, clicking the “Enter” or “I’m entering” button.

An entry is considered registered only once it has been validated by the platform.

A confirmation may be displayed on screen and/or made available in the participant’s personal account.

Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Terms, only one entry per person per contest is permitted.

Any entry submitted after the contest closing date and time will not be taken into account.

ARTICLE 6 — SELECTION OF WINNERS

At the end of the entry period specified in the Specific Terms, the winner or winners will be selected at random from all valid entries registered for the relevant contest.

The draw will be carried out using a process designed to ensure the random selection of eligible participants.

The Organiser will retain the information necessary to ensure the traceability of the draw for a period appropriate to the administration of the contest and the handling of any potential claims.

MyPokerPass Points, the number of Passes claimed, membership status, completed missions, referrals or shares have no effect on a participant’s probability of being selected in the draw.

ARTICLE 7 — PRIZES

The nature, number and, where relevant, indicative value of the prize or prizes are specified in the Specific Terms of the relevant contest.

Prizes offered by MyPokerPass may include, in particular, tickets to live or online poker tournaments, packages, stays, experiences, benefits or other rewards.

Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Terms, prizes are personal and may not be exchanged for cash, reimbursed for their monetary value or replaced at the winner’s request.

Where a prize includes access to a tournament, event, stay or service provided by a third party, the winner must also comply with the access, registration and usage requirements established by the relevant organiser or service provider.

The winner is responsible for ensuring that they meet any conditions required to use or benefit from the prize.

Any costs, expenses or services that are not expressly stated as being included in the prize description shall remain the responsibility of the winner.

ARTICLE 8 — NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their MyPokerPass account, including by email and/or telephone.

Each participant is responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.

The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize and, where applicable, provide the information required for its delivery within the period specified in the Specific Terms.

If the winner fails to respond within the specified period, has provided incorrect contact details, cannot provide satisfactory evidence of their identity or eligibility, or has failed to comply with these Rules or the Specific Terms, they may lose their entitlement to the prize.

In such circumstances, where provided for in the Specific Terms, an alternate winner may be selected.

ARTICLE 9 — PARTNERS

Certain contests may be organised with the support of MyPokerPass partners who provide, finance or contribute to the provision of prizes.

Where applicable, the identity of the relevant partner or partners will be indicated on the contest page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Specific Terms, WEESHIZ remains the Organiser of the contest.

The appearance of a partner’s name, trademark or logo does not automatically make that partner an organiser or co-organiser of the contest.

The trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs belonging to partners remain the property of their respective owners.

ARTICLE 10 — MYPOKERPASS POINTS, PASSES AND LOYALTY PROGRAMME

MyPokerPass may offer members various engagement and loyalty features, including MyPokerPass Points, MyPokerPass Passes, missions, statuses, rewards and referral mechanisms.

These mechanisms are separate from the prize draws organised as part of MyPokerPass contests.

MyPokerPass Points may, in particular, be earned through certain actions carried out on the platform and may provide access to benefits, rewards, statuses or features offered by MyPokerPass.

MyPokerPass Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

They cannot be used to purchase or increase a participant’s chances of winning in MyPokerPass contest prize draws.

Detailed rules relating to Points, Passes, missions, statuses and other platform features are set out in the MyPokerPass Terms of Use.

ARTICLE 11 — REFERRALS AND SHARING

MyPokerPass may allow members to refer new users or share certain content or contests.

These actions may allow members to earn MyPokerPass Points or other loyalty benefits in accordance with the conditions displayed on the platform.

Referring another user or sharing a contest does not increase a participant’s chances of being selected in the prize draw.

Any abusive, automated, misleading or fraudulent use of the referral or sharing system may result in the cancellation of the relevant Points or benefits and, where appropriate, suspension of the member’s account.

ARTICLE 12 — FRAUD AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

The Organiser reserves the right to carry out any checks reasonably necessary to ensure compliance with these Rules.

The following are prohibited in particular:

  • creating or using multiple accounts by the same person;
  • using a fictitious identity or the identity of another person;
  • using robots, scripts or automated entry systems;
  • manipulating or attempting to manipulate the operation of a contest;
  • attempting to fraudulently obtain entries, Points, rewards or benefits;
  • taking any action intended to interfere with the normal operation of MyPokerPass.

In the event of proven fraud or a breach of these Rules, the Organiser may cancel the relevant entries and take any necessary measures regarding the user’s account.

ARTICLE 13 — MODIFICATION, POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION

In the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent or materially affect the normal operation of a contest, including a major technical issue, unavailability of a prize, cancellation or modification of an event, or failure by a partner or service provider, the Organiser may modify, postpone, suspend or cancel the relevant contest.

Any material change will be brought to the attention of participants by an appropriate means.

Where circumstances permit, the Organiser will seek a solution that preserves fairness between participants.

ARTICLE 14 — LIABILITY

The Organiser will use reasonable means to ensure the proper operation of MyPokerPass and its contests.

However, the Organiser shall not be liable for the consequences of events reasonably beyond its control, including internet network interruptions, failures affecting a technical service provider or temporary unavailability of the platform.

Where the delivery or use of a prize depends on a partner, event organiser, venue, operator or other third-party service provider, the relevant services may also be subject to that third party’s own terms and conditions.

Nothing in these Rules is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

ARTICLE 15 — PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected in connection with the creation of a MyPokerPass account and participation in contests is processed by WEESHIZ in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Personal data may be used, in particular, to:

  • create and manage MyPokerPass accounts;
  • register and verify entries;
  • administer contests;
  • conduct prize draws;
  • prevent and detect fraud;
  • contact winners;
  • verify their eligibility;
  • arrange delivery of prizes;
  • process requests and complaints.

Further information regarding the purposes of processing, legal bases, recipients of personal data, retention periods and users’ rights is provided in the MyPokerPass Privacy Policy, available on the platform.

Participation in a contest is not conditional upon agreeing to receive marketing communications.

Where a user’s consent is required to receive MyPokerPass marketing communications by email, SMS or any other electronic communication channel, such consent will be obtained separately.

Users may withdraw their consent in accordance with the procedures set out in the Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 16 — ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES

Participation in a contest implies that the participant has read and accepted these Rules and the Specific Terms applicable to the relevant contest.

These Rules are available free of charge on the MyPokerPass website.

The Specific Terms are available from the page of the relevant contest.

The version of these Rules applicable to an entry is the version in force during the entry period of the relevant contest.

ARTICLE 17 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The MyPokerPass brand, visual identity, content, texts, graphic elements, interfaces and other protected elements used on the platform are operated by WEESHIZ, subject to any rights belonging to third parties or partners.

Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, distribution or use of these elements is prohibited in accordance with applicable law.

Trademarks, logos, visual materials and other elements belonging to partners remain the property of their respective owners.

ARTICLE 18 — CONTACT AND COMPLAINTS

Any question or complaint relating to a contest may be sent to:

MYPOKERPASS / WEESHIZ
128 rue La Boétie
75008 Paris
France

Email: contact@weeshiz.com

To help us process a request, participants are encouraged to specify the contest concerned and the email address associated with their MyPokerPass account.

ARTICLE 19 — GOVERNING LAW

These Rules are governed by French law.

In the event of any difficulty relating to the interpretation or performance of these Rules, the participant and the Organiser are encouraged to seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.

Nothing in this provision deprives participants of any rights or remedies available to them under applicable law.
